4. If you intend on posting images either in the forum or in the kayak fishing community, please ensure that you have the permission from everybody in the photograph, as well as the owner of the photograph.
5. Please remain civil with each other and avoid antagonistic comments or personal attacks.
6. In the FOR SALE / WANTED section, please keep it kayak fishing related. YakHawaii takes no liability for the condition, availability to the settlement for any of the items listed in this section.  We do reserve the right to remove items listed at or own discretion if they break and forum rules.
7. Please refrain from posting anything that may be deemed spam (i.e. links to websites selling stuff). Any posts containing spam links will be deleted.
8. Participation in any events organized by member(s) using this forum is entirely at your own risk. Neither the organizing member(s), nor the administration team of YakHawaii and its forum can accept or be liable for the responsibility for loss, damage, injury or death arising from kayak fishing events.
9. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that they paddle and fish within their ability, and not put themselves in harms way.
